Copyrights photos and videos

Picture It Photo Booths will own the copyrights of all images and videos taken in the photobooth.
Photos will be stored via a server and online. USB are sometimes sent to customers via postal service.
We cannot be responsible for photos given to customers, loss or damage to USB in transit or otherwise.

We collect and store the information which you give via enquiry forms on our website or personally - such as your name, address, email address, phone number and so on - on or when communicating with us by email or in some other way.

How do we you use your Personal Data? 

We use your Personal Data to provide our services e.g. send emails, messages, process payments and fulfil orders.
After the event to send secure online gallery or Facebook album.

Your photographs taken at the event will be:

1. Printed for each guest to keep if this is what is requested for.
2. Printed and affixed into a guestbook for each guest to sign if this what is requested.
3. Downloaded on to a Usb stick.

We use your personal data to help communicate with you, to help communicate with you efficiently should you contact us via our website.

How do we protect your personal Data? 

Security is high priority for us.
We take appropriate precautions to protect personal data.
Emails and electronic communications are not secure if they have not been encrypted.
Communication pass through a network we cannot be held responsible as out of our control.
We do not provide your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

How can I access and rectify personal data?

You have the right to request personal data that is held about you reserving by law.

All contact details after the 3 months of event other than for promotional purposes will be deleted.
